Significance: Daniel 2:28 declares "there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries" (גָּלֵה רָזִין, galeh razin) and has made known to the king "what will happen in the latter days" (בְּאַחֲרִית יוֹמַיָּא, be'acharit yomayya). This closely parallels Genesis 41:25 where Joseph tells Pharaoh "God has revealed to Pharaoh what He is about to do." Both scenes feature a Jewish exile interpreting a pagan king's dream by attributing the revelation to God alone, after court wise men fail. Daniel deliberately patterns himself after Joseph, using the same theological framework: human wisdom cannot decode divine mysteries, but God reveals them through His chosen servant.
