The Scepter Shall Not Depart
Jacob's dying blessing lodged a royal staff in Judah that would not depart 'until Shiloh comes' — a lion, a throne, a colt, an allegiance of the nations — carried across the whole canon until heaven hails the Lion of Judah who conquers as a slain Lamb.
