A. Court assembled — blind/deaf summoned; nations gathered (8-9a)

  - C. "Ye are my witnesses", saith the LORD — knowledge, belief, understanding (10a)
  - C'. No God formed before or after; I am the LORD; beside me no saviour (10b-11)
- B'. Issue settled — declaration, salvation; "ye are my witnesses" that I am God (12)
A'. Verdict — YHWH's eternal existence; none can deliver from His hand (13)
