Connection Method(s): Promise-Fulfillment (primary), Longitudinal Theme — Leviticus 26's covenant blessings (God walking among His people, fruitfulness, peace) are a sworn covenant word progressively realized, and one further iteration of the earth-filling commission re-applied to a particular people; they are fulfilled and escalated in Christ, moving from Israel's land as Eden-prototype to cosmic new creation where God's presence fills all reality. This is a stage of a developing theme, not a designed type: the fruitfulness formula of 26:9 is the same blessing-refrain the canon re-speaks from Genesis 1:22 and 1:28 onward, so it carries no distinctive type-antitype correspondence of its own.
Christological Connection: Christ fulfills covenant blessings perfectly, establishing ultimate Eden-land. Where Israel failed to maintain obedience and was exiled, Christ succeeds through perfect obedience. Escalation: Leviticus 26:9 - "I will make you fruitful and multiply you" → Matthew 28:19 - "make disciples of all nations" (spiritual multiplication surpassing physical). Leviticus 26:12 - "I will walk among you" → John 1:14 - Word became flesh and dwelt among us (God not merely walking in land but incarnate in Person). Leviticus 26:6 - peace in land → Ephesians 2:14 - Christ "is our peace" who reconciles Jew and Gentile. Leviticus 26:11-12 - tabernacle presence → John 2:19-21 - Christ's body is temple. Most profound: Leviticus blessings limited to Israel's land; Christ's blessings extend to whole earth. Romans 4:13: promise to Abraham "that he would be heir of the world." Revelation 21:3 consummates Leviticus 26:12: "Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God" - no longer localized to promised land but filling new creation. From Israel's land as Eden-prototype → to Christ establishing kingdom → to new heaven/earth as cosmic Eden where redeemed humanity walks with God in unbroken fellowship forever. Garden Commission to "fill the earth" fulfilled when God's glory-presence fills all reality.
